Privacy Policy

Effective July 15, 2026

CS2Liquid provides a CS2 item catalogue, market research, trade-up tools, local portfolios, tier lists, and related utilities. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the site.

Information stored on your device

Portfolio holdings, tier lists, favorites, display choices, cached prices, and other preferences may be stored in your browser using local storage. This information stays on your device unless you choose to export it or otherwise share it. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data controls.

Server requests and technical data

When you use CS2Liquid, the server receives ordinary request information needed to deliver the service, such as the requested page, IP address, browser headers, and request time. The application does not require an account and does not intentionally persist application-level request logs. A hosting or network provider may process limited connection and security logs under its own retention practices.

Market and catalogue services

The server requests item, pricing, liquidity, and historical-market information from third-party data providers. Search terms for price-history requests may be sent to those providers. CS2Liquid does not send your locally stored portfolio or tier-list contents to those services.

Steam inventory import

If you choose to import a Steam inventory, the profile link you paste is sent to CS2Liquid's server and used to request that profile's public CS2 inventory from Steam. The server briefly caches the public inventory response to reduce repeated requests, while the matched portfolio is stored locally in your browser. Private Steam inventories cannot be imported.

External marketplaces and referral links

Links may take you to Steam Community Market, CSFloat, Skinport, BUFF Market, SkinSwap, YouTube, or other third-party services. Some links are referral links and may identify CS2Liquid as the referring publisher. Once you leave CS2Liquid, the destination’s privacy policy and terms apply.

Analytics

CS2Liquid uses Google Analytics to understand page visits, feature usage, approximate geography, device and browser characteristics, and general traffic patterns. Google may receive identifiers, IP-derived information, and technical request data and may use cookies or similar storage where permitted. CS2Liquid uses this information to operate and improve the site, not to store your local portfolio or tier-list contents. Learn more through Google’s Privacy Policy.

Advertising and cookies

CS2Liquid reserves space for advertising. No Google ad tag is loaded until advertising is configured. If Google AdSense or another advertising service is enabled, that provider may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device information, and similar identifiers to deliver, limit, measure, and personalize or contextualize ads. Third parties may place or read cookies in your browser as a result of ad serving.

Where required, advertising that uses consent-dependent storage will be activated only through an appropriate consent-management process. You can learn how Google uses information from partner sites at Google’s partner-sites notice and manage ad personalization through Google Ads Settings.

Data sharing

CS2Liquid does not sell personal information. Information is shared only as needed to operate the site, obtain requested market data, protect the service, comply with law, or when you deliberately follow an external link.

Security and retention

Reasonable technical safeguards are used to limit unauthorized access and abuse. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Browser-local data remains until you clear it. Short-lived server caches retain catalogue, pricing, inspect-link, and market-history data for performance and do not contain your local portfolio or tier-list records.

Your choices

Children

CS2Liquid is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when the service or its providers change. The effective date above will be revised for material updates. Privacy questions may be sent to privacy@cs2liquid.com.
